I, myself, have struggled with anxiety, depression, being over-worked, undervalued, and unnecessarily over-stressed—that was, of course, until I learned the tools and how to implement them so I could lead a more peaceful, productive, and fulfilling existence.
And why now?
I’ve pretty much always had a passion for teaching, motivating, and supporting others in their journey to achieving all the wonderful things I mentioned above—but I needed to reflect, heal, transform, and explore my own journey before that passion could truly come to fruition. The line in the sand moment, for me, happened as I turned 40.
