As a life coach, I encounter folks at all different stages of their journeys. Some are at the very beginning, just discovering the need to make changes. Some have taken steps and done some work, but may feel as if they’ve hit a road block. Perhaps they need a compassionate push. Some are so close to where they envision themselves to be, but have had a setback and may need to revisit the steps they’ve taken to get to where they are.
The most important part of my approach is that I aim to meet each one of my clients wherever they are in their lives right now. What allows me to do that so effectively is my experience in each stage; I’ve been there—exactly. where. you. are. And, as difficult as it may seem, I did the work and made it out of the trenches.
I know—firsthand—that the trenches are only temporary, as long as we continue doing the work, we ultimately get to see the light at the end of the tunnel (also known as the evolution stage—the stage where you are in your best place, practicing your ultimate version of self-care, and living your most authentic and purposeful life).
If you find yourself feeling drained, unhappy, stagnant, as if you’re not in the right job, the right relationships, the right frame of mind, then you’re ready.
If you find that you feel content in your relationships and/or career, but still something is missing, then you’re ready.
If you find yourself so close to living the life you’ve always envisioned, but you’re feeling like you just can’t take that next step, then you’re ready.
Until next time…
Namaste in tune with where you are. But don’t ever be afraid to leave.
